This is hard to comprehend, there is not much has been revealed from this, but there are two theories that I made. This card acts like a Black Visa Card, where the user has been given access to the Kunie's Gold. I might actually make my own post about it. This comment also contains spoilers for those who have not watched the anime or manga.
